Do you need a license or anything like that to sell items such as cigars or cigarettes at a flea market?
The question is mainly pertaining to the sale of high-end cigars by the way

More than likely yes you do. My mom tried selling wine at a flea market and almost got in trouble for it.

    A) the state you live
    B) the flea market policy (some flea markets include all the licenses when you rent a table or store)
